Face to a screen, a screen to a name: another modern life running on fluorescent light. Plans for the band abandoned for days at the subtle solitude of all my friends moving away. Remember the past, a passage that read: you could be anyone here after some planning ahead. But lately I’ve felt, a feeling too late: to say I’m really gonna (ask me if I ever wanna) talk about giving ‘em hell again, or chalk it up: we’re “getting too old” for this? To hold to it. Is there some place you need to be? To reinvent yourself. To being someone else. To ch-ch-ch-change your mind: it’s allowed, it’s routine. It’s about what you need.
